We want Freestyle Fitness to be your 'one-stop shop' for FUN and active living.
How to Register
1. Click the button to register, it will direct you to Zen Planner.
2. You will see a page showing our Membership Options.
3. You then have three options:
A) Purchase a Membership: Select a Membership of your choosing and create your Zen Planner profile. Download the Zen Planner app. Sign-in to your account. Register for the class(es) of your choosing with the Membership you have signed up for.
B) Purchase a “Single Class/Drop-in”: Select the Calendar tab on the left hand side. Then select the class of your choosing and simultaneously register for your class and create your Zen Planner profile. (If you are viewing from a phone, tap the icon in the upper left hand corner. This will reveal the tab options.)
C) Already have an account? If you’ve been to Freestyle Fitness before, you’ve already created a profile. Just sign-in to your existing account. You can make purchases and register for classes on your phone through your Zen Planner app and/or on your Desktop.

Personal Training / Private Lessons
Individualized health coaching with nutrition guidance or one-on-one dance training, at the convenience of your schedule. This is an ideal option if you are uncomfortable in group classes or desire/need more personal attention. CALL/TEXT for scheduling: 502-229-9182.
Single Private Lesson/Consultation: $75/Hour
Personal Training / Private Lesson Memberships:
-Online Training = $150/Month (Limited Time Offer, normally $240/Month)
-Once a week (4 sessions monthly) = $300/Month
-Twice a week (8 sessions monthly) = $440/Month
-Thrice a week (12 sessions monthly) = $600/Month
(These memberships are a 6-month contract/commitment and have a cancellation policy. Bills are set to ‘Autopay’. )
24/7 Gym Memberships:
Enjoy our fully equipped gym without the crowd of larger gyms. This membership does not include classes or other services. Memberships are set to ‘autopay’ and renew monthly. They also have a cancellation policy, which is described in the contract.

- Gym Month-to-Month = $22.95/Month
Private Parties:
Ideal for large groups wanting to take a class together.

New Students are folx who have never visited us before or who have only taken one class. This Package may only be purchased once and expires 1 month after purchase and does not renew. (Special Events / Workshops are not included in the package.)

These packages can be used for any Freestyle class excluding Special Events/Workshops. Packages have an expiration date and do not renew.
*5 (expires 60 days after purchase): $90
*10 (expires 120 days after purchase): $170
*20 (expires 6 months after purchase): $320
*40 (expires 12 months after purchase): $600
Memberships:
These memberships can be used for any Freestyle class excluding Special Events/Workshops and include our 24/7 gym complimentary. Memberships are set to ‘autopay’ and renew monthly. They also have a cancellation policy, which is described in the contract.
-Platinum - Unlimited Classes = $140/Month
-Gold - 3 classes a week = $119.95/Month
-Silver - 2 classes a week = $99.95/Month
-Bronze - 1 class a week = $79.95/Month
Please be advised:
-Our registration process is done completely online and closes 2 hours in advance of each class.
-Our Class Schedule is subject to change at anytime due to illnesses, vacations, etc. Please check our calendar HERE.
-Arrive to classes/appointments on time: tardiness could result in forfeiture of your class/appointment.
-There are no refunds.
-Should you need to cancel a class/appointment, please provide 24 hours notice.
-“No Call, No Show’s” / “Last Minute Cancellations” could be subject to a fee; folx are given one warning without penalty, the second offense fee is $5, the third offense fee is $10, the fourth offense and beyond is $15. Please give Freestyle a call if you will not be able to attend.
-The use of drugs or alcohol prior to classes is strictly prohibited. If an instructor suspects or has evidence that you are under the influence you will be excused from class and you will forfeit your reservation with no refund.
-Students must be at least 18 years old to participate.
