Thank you for being part of our community! To help our programs run smoothly for everyone, please review the following policies.
Please note: This page provides a summary of our most commonly referenced policies. Additional terms and conditions may apply based on your membership, program, lesson package, or signed agreement.
A copy of your agreement will be emailed to you at sign-up. We recommend holding on to this for your records.
📬 Membership Cancellations
To ensure all membership changes are processed accurately and consistently, cancellation requests must be submitted as a handwritten notice sent by First-Class U.S. Mail. Please include any key fobs in a secure envelope when mailing your cancellation notice.
We are unable to process cancellation requests submitted by:
❌ Email
❌ Text Message
❌ Phone Call
❌ Front Desk Drop-Off
Please note that cancellation notices cannot be accepted or processed at the facility.

Cancellation Timeline
✔ 30 days notice required
✔ Billing occurs on the 1st of each month
✔ Memberships end on the last day of the month
Example:
If your cancellation notice is received on June 15, you will still be billed for July and your membership will end on July 31.
To avoid July billing, your notice must be received on or before June 1.
❄ Membership Freezes
Eligible memberships may be frozen for up to 3 months per calendar year.
To request a freeze:
✔ Submit a handwritten notice by First-Class U.S. Mail
✔ Notice must be received by the 25th of the month prior to the freeze month
✔ $5 processing fee per frozen month
Please note that memberships cannot be canceled while on freeze status.

📅 Attendance & Scheduling
To help us serve all students and clients fairly:
✔ Arrive on time for classes, lessons, and appointments. Excessive tardiness may result in forfeiture of your class or appointment.
✔ Provide advance notice when canceling
Cancellation Notice Requirements
🔸 Group Classes: 24 hours notice
🔸 Private Lessons & Personal Training: 48 hours notice
No-Call / No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellation Fees
🔸 1st occurrence: Courtesy warning
🔸 2nd occurrence: $5 fee
🔸 3rd occurrence: $10 fee
🔸 4th occurrence and beyond: $15 fee
If you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible.
Important Reminders
🔸 There are no refunds.
🔸 Failure to attend classes, lessons, appointments, or utilize services does not cancel membership obligations.
🔸 The class schedule may be adjusted as needed.
🔸 Participation while under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited. Students suspected of being under the influence may be removed from class and will forfeit their reservation.
